The Service

Each piece is fitted to your head shape and the hair is matched with 100% human hair of the finest quality (not the stripped hair that may be used in other wigs). The piece is then ‘knotted’ onto a lightweight lace base so that each hair is individually placed in the direction that the hair would normally grow. Depending on your personal circumstances the piece can then either be securely clipped into your own hair or attached using the most up-to-date medical grade tapes and adhesives.

The Rinaldi Wigs Experience

• During the initial consultation we determine your needs and circumstances in order to establish the best product for you. If you would like to order a piece it is at this meeting that measurements are made of your head and a ‘head shape’ taken. We also take samples of your own hair for colour and texture match if desired

• At the second fitting we ensure that the lightweight lace base is a comfortable fit and the hair is checked for colour and texture. Once this is done the construction can begin.

• The third fitting is with the wig in its uncut, ‘raw’ stage. We will have one of our experienced stylists cut and style the wig and then we will take you through the maintenance and care of the wig, including showing you how to wash and style it.

• If after wearing the piece you find that you would like to change something, for example the hair length or density, then we will do this onsite at our Melbourne studio. We also offer a washing and styling service if you don’t feel comfortable maintaining your own wig, or for any special occasions you may have.
